The booking terms.

This is how booking with us works — clear and without small print.

Booking and payment

You book online and pay directly via iDEAL. Your booking is then final and we block the period for you.

Cancellation

Up to 30 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge. Between 30 and 14 days before arrival you pay 50% of the rent, after that 100%. Cancellations are made by email.

Arrival and departure

Arrivals are on Friday or Monday from 3 pm. On the day of departure, check out before 11 am.

Damage and liability

Please always report damage to us — we appreciate it. Small accidents happen; larger damage will be charged in consultation.
